Crest Support can assist with reintegration programs for people impacted by the criminal justice system with an NDIS plan.

At Crest Support we help you progress from custody to the community and have a successful record of this. Through our Adult Justice program. We know just how difficult it is to overcome the challenges that arise from getting back into society including challenges in finding and maintaining housing, managing physical and mental health, connecting with training and employment, reconnecting family and personal relationships, and in building independent living skills. During this reintegration process, Crest Support can assist with linking you with essential services such as Centrelink, Community Service Order (CSO) appointments as well as providing short term or long term accommodation. We’re committed to helping all people with a disability who are eligible for the NDIS, This includes people with a disability who are involved in the justice system. Our service may kick in before your release date, depending on your plan, and Crest Support is able to assist in full if you are:

  • on bail or a leave of absence order
  • under a community-based order, that puts controls on what you can do to manage risks to you or the community
  • on parole
  • in community detention or in-home detention.
